virtual prenatal doula support
  • $500-$1500

This option would best accommodate those looking only for virtual support before birth. I will create a personalized birth preferences page for your review with your care provider, offer evidence-based information, labor coping strategies, and a safe space to discuss any fears or anxieties during this journey.

I'll remain accessible via email or text for any additional questions and check-ins until labor. In the initial week after giving birth, we'll schedule a virtual meeting to address feeding concerns and reflect on your birth experience.

  • $800-$2200

Our prenatal journey will include two in-person visits where we'll establish a connection, dive into your birth intentions, and determine your preferences.

My commitment to you includes providing evidence-based information in a format that suits your learning style. We'll explore various labor coping techniques, tailoring them to your preferences, whether it's acupressure or soothing hip squeezes.

At the crucial 37-week mark, I'll be on-call 24/7, ready to support you when the moment arrives. When the time comes, I'll join you at your chosen birth location, serving as your unwavering anchor, providing both emotional and physical comfort throughout your birthing journey.

Additionally, within the initial week postpartum, I'll visit you to offer emotional support and lactation assistance. For special circumstances please discuss with your care team during the intake meeting.

  • $30-$75

I aim to provide you with invaluable support during the delicate fourth trimester, ensuring you have opportunity to focus on your own well-being while I handle routine household tasks and run errands.

You’ll receive assistance navigating newborn care, lactation support, light household chores such as baby laundry and sanitation, diaper changing, household organization and light tidying to ensure optimal flow and your relaxation. Your comfort, health and peace of mind are at the forefront of my postpartum doula care.

  • $30-$75

Like birth, the final stage of life is a new beginning deserving of respect and individualized care. As with all doula services, for end of life support, I aim to provide comfort and help processing fears, regrets, hopes; offer companionship and space to have difficult conversations.

    Additional support includes:

    • Education & Guidance: Explaining the dying process, what to expect physically and emotionally, and helping families understand how to support their loved one.

    • Practical Support: Assisting with legacy projects (memory books, recordings, letters), coordinate care, run errands, and help with funeral planning or final wishes.

    • Advocacy & Presence: Advocating for the dying person's preferences, ensuring their voice is heard, and providing a calming, non-judgmental presence during vigils.

    • Family Support: Respite for caregivers, guiding families through difficult decisions, and helping make the experience as meaningful as possible

*All doula services are non-medical and should not replace the expertise and care of a licensed healthcare professional, but rather work in partnership with your professional healthcare care team to enhance your experience, and ensure you are well cared for and honored through your important, sometimes traumatic, experiences.
